Pilomatricoma

For the resection of a pilomatrixoma, the result of the scar is very important. This must be hidden in the aesthetic units of the face and in the direction where the wrinkles of the face will form. Pilomatrixoma should be removed before they grow and removal implies a larger scar. They can be infected and treatment is more complicated. Some results of resection of pilomatrixomas are attached.
